Add in a pair of malefic talons you get 3 more.
Combat drugs +1 more
Unbound Arrogance +1 to +3 more
Rapacious Talons... +2 to +6 more?
Diabolic Strength +1 more

19 attacks absolute max? (can we stack the malefic talons and rapacious talons?)

Rapacious talons replace your normal talons so no +3 attacks.

4 base + 1 charge + d3 WT + 2~6 daemon weapon + 1 diabolic strength. Combat drugs is a relic isn't it? Then you can't use it together with the rapacious talons.

So 6 + d3 + 2~6 attacks.

Where are you getting the +1 for charging from? (There is probably some special rule that has slipped my mind).

You can't stack the Malefic and Rapacious talons because the Rapacious Talons replace both Malefic talons.

1 charge (hateful assault, sorry for not naming why earlier)
1 diabolic strength (psychic ability)
1 combat elixirs (strategem)
+ 2 to +6 talons.
+0 to +3 unbound arroance warlord trait.

So max is 16 then? But realistically around 10-12?

Right, this is a CSM Prince, not a CD Prince. Derp!

Why would you ever use those rapacious talons ? Normal talons plus intoxicating elixir is +4 attacks and S+1. It's always +4 attacks and you will never ever hurt yourself with 1MW.

Check out the rules for Flawless Host - they get even sillier numbers of attacks

I know they do, and they work with standard talons and intoxicating elixir as well.
