So I made a list a couple days ago but the way I had it set up was apparently not allowed, so I've since changed it and was curious on what you guys think about it! I'm mostly playing for fun, don't really mind losing all that much but still would like to see if it's at least playable hahaha. I tried to fit the whole theme of playing Ynnari with like, army of the dead, plus I like how the wraith units look too, so it's a win-win!

The only thing I think you might run into this list is, you have fairly few units that can reach out and get rid of a big threat turn 1, and you haven't structured your list such that any kind of weapon is particularly ineffective against you.

You have Wraithblades which are good to shoot with anti-elite weapons like plasma and autocannons, you have the Wraithlord to shoot with lascannons and antitank weapons, and Dire Avengers/Banshees to shoot with bolters and lasguns.

That's not inherently a bad thing, but it does mean you'll want to deploy creatively to try and keep your whole opponent's army from being able to target you early on, especially if you'll need to come to them. If your opponent just has 1-2 big antitank weapons to attack your wraithlord, make sure to leave them off until last and maybe look for an Obscuring building to hide them behind.

Another thing to consider is, in a list so heavily based around psychic powers, maybe clump your units of Wraithblades up into a single unit. That way, they can all benefit from Shield of Ynnead, reducing their vulnerability to high AP weaponry, as well as Fire And Fade which really helps them get up the board turn 1.

I would also consider that possibility with your Dire Avengers, as you could just run your army list as a Patrol as well with exactly the same CP. Then you could use powers like Ancestors Grace on all 10 of them at once.

Sure.

Yvraine and the Spiritseer are both support units. Yvraine can get some things done in combat (particularly at a 1000pt game level) but her primary use is casting powers like Word of the Pheonix, Ancestors Grace and Shield of Ynnead on your units, which since it's a buff that works on one squad means you want that squad to be as big as possible.

Ynnari are not in the best spot right now, but Triunvirate models are awesome and deserve to be played, so I'm with you.
I think that the coolest way to play Ynnari right now is with 3 Patrols of the 3 different factions, fluff!!!

Drukhari is maybe the worst of the factions in Ynnari, as we already have +1 to hit at turn 3 by default. Even though, I like Wyches, Incubi and Reavers.
I would play Banshees, Wraithguard and Shining Spears in Craftworlds, plus your troop of choice.
Harlequins have less possibilities, but both Troupes and Skyweavers are awesome.

Now I want to play a bike army with Ynnari...

True. you could use Shield of Ynnead on everything around them.

I don't personally play with Ynnari models, but I have a friend who does, and I know he's pretty frustrated with the rules that the Ynnari have currently - not with the characters, but with the army as a whole. He sets his army up as a regular Craftworld Eldar army, with custom craftworld traits that make his stuff good at close combat, and then he adds in the Ynnari characters. When you run Aspect Warriors as Craftworld Eldar they have the ability to take special traits on their exarchs, and he prefers that, plus the Battle Focus ability, plus the custom craftworld trait to the Ynnari strength from death and the ynnari psychic buff powers.

For the powers on Yvraine and Yncarne he takes an offensive power to allow them each to throw out two mortal wounding powers in the psychic phase, and then he takes a buff power so they can buff themselves.
