To celebrate the festive season, Jakkob Bugmansson XI will be available to order from next week through to Christmas as a commemorative miniature, and will also be officially taking over the Warhammer Community website. Still might be a good buddy for Gotrek.

Awesome mini! I love they made him KO style, but with a more traditional dwarf axe hardening back to old school dwarf style. Also, first KO model with helmet off! Tempted to pick up two to have one with helmet on and one off, both look great.

He looks fantastic! Really love him- have a soft spot for Bugman and KO are my favourite force. Might get two and have one for a possible conversion.

Not a huge fan of the KO aesthetic... but man I really like this model. They knocked it out of the park on both the model and studio paintjob.

This guy looks awesome! Really amazing, love him.
It's enough to make me think about a small KO force, maybe Warcry. Jakkob and the Arkonauts

Do these commemorative figures include rules?

Also had another thought... Blood Bowl!

Maybe use him for a counts as:

  • Infamous Coaching Staff Inducement - Josef Bugman

  • Bloodweiser Keg

  • Star Player

  • I'm sure he could be used for something related

If you make the axe more sci-fi and give him a pistol holster he might even fit for necromunda

The helmeted version is funny, because he got his mug, but he can't drink it .

"Our fantasy settings are grim and dark, but that is not a reflection of who we are or how we feel the real world should be. [...] We will continue to diversify the cast of characters we portray [...] so everyone can find representation and heroes they can relate to. At least his mask it connected directly to the barrel on his back

One thing I don't get is the whole "Kharadron always stay in their masks." The first time they appeared, it was all mysterious. The book only had one unarmored KO, but only from the back. Then, they got revealed to just be dwarves in later artwork.

Just like the Stormcast. Fully armored models with all this mystery. Now, just regular humans under the armor. :/

What's not to get? Like, it's a helmet, you really want to keep it on in a fight?

Nice a new KO. He looks really good and fits with the silliness of the army. I'll buy at least one maybe to two.

Is this instead of a Grombrindal/White Dwarf themed Christmas miniature this year? Last year was the first Christmas miniature I've bought but I was under the impression there was something with him every year now, is that not the case?
