Subject: How to print correctly, which angle should you print at?
Hmmm. The video is ultra cool and scientific, but for us lazy folks if your settings have Anti-Aliasing, this is made for smoothing flat areas on an angle.
When I print an ultra-detailed mini and I want to keep the details crisp I will use .02 or maybe .03 layer and turn AA off - I do not want the details blurred and at this thin layer any step lines will be almost imperceptible. When I go thicker layers, .04-.06 I will set the AA at 2-4, depending on the level of detail - less for fine details, higher for few details.
If going with a thicker layer ( .05+) on a print with few details, like dice, I will set at the highest, 8 (some machines have as high as 16 along with a blur function), and have the angle anywhere between 20-45 and the prints come out perfect for me.

Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K.
.05 layer height. .035mm pixel
Rotation 34.99 (90-55.01 (tan calc))
AA on 8x
Result... ladders...
This is a pixel image plate step issue.
See those regular horizontal lines, perfectly regular. I see them on all flat prints. They are exactly what he describes in the video. I use Lychee slicer. The only thing I have not tried is BLUR.

I have been trying. Had some failed print issues today. But it's back at it again.
@MDSW
Its common on all printers for large flat surfaces. It has to do with pixel lines. That is why it is so regular.
Do you use blur on Egloo? Also which Egloo?
The only time I see ladder bars is on large flats. They are not on figures. But when printing a large tank part it certainly shows. Or in this case, on my little game aid ruler.
Also.. that Green Anycube Resin smells awful, like 100x worse than the Frozen ABS like resin.

Your numbers worked. Was able to get two fully clean sides on the cube and one mostly clean and one bad. So totally acceptable..
Until that moment the Z-axis jammed and I mean JAMMED. It's totally immobile now. Waiting for Phrozen's response, likely will be a few days. A month's wait and less than a week of printing and it's been rendered inoperable.
