So..... anyone know of any?

I usually got it from Greenstuffworld, but now their postage rates are quite prohibitive, Amazon is all out and several of the usual suppliers I would know carry it are also all out and now so am I! I'm not paying £12 postage for something (plus potential import fees) because of people's dumb decisions, but here we are...

Can anyone help a guy out? Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a general UK shortage at present which likely means its tangled up with trade shipments and perhaps also a shortage of supply at the manufacturer end. I know Wayland and Firestorm are out and GW doesn't even seem to list it (or at least its not appearing in their search, which is somewhat odd).

That said ebay seems to have stock with various suppliers at not insane rates.

You might also search under "Kneadatite Blue/Yellow Epoxy"

I have searched under kneadatite. All that comes up is stuff from the EU with a reasonable price, but then a hefty postage fee slapped on.

Are you trying to buy the short strips or the big rolls? I see short strips on ebay with free postage and such, but you're into 6inch and 12inch strips and the like rather than the big rolls.

eg https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GreenStuff-Green-Stuff-6-inches-modelling-putty-Warhammer-6-epoxy-strip-NEW/223499296041?hash=item3409989d29:g:31UAAOSwzmZfoU1T

Cheers! That should tide me over for now. I normally get the 36" strip from GSW, which lasts me a few months. a few of them should do the trick as a stopgap.

GW haven’t done it for a good while, I was looking for it early last year and it was gone. Ended up picking up Milliput instead.

Strange, but I guess shifting more and more toward plastic they likely see less need for the material compared to the metal and finecast era (and yeah we know finecast is still there its slow to get lost). Strange that they'd drop it entirely though considering its a staple of hobbies and lets them sell tools and other accessories; plus its still really useful for forgeworld. Guess its been a while since I lost got any from GW, strange that they'd drop it, but its not a rare item and there's so much info out there I'm sure new people won't get left out.

GW. Barged way more for green stuff than other retailers. If they dropped it I expect it’s because it wasn’t selling.

Good question, I don’t know the answer.

All I can say is that I’ve never had any problems with it or noticed any difference in the quality.

I would hazard a guess the companies who import stock are in the same position if shipments coming via the EU, I firmly believe we will see fairly drastic price rises to account for the new import tariffs, Winter is coming, the night is dark and full of hidden costs!

This will be a shame, I buy a lot from Green Stuff World who operate out of Spain. Who knows how deep the new rules for paint and putty are buried in the new trade agreement. If you look at some of this big stuff around medicines and meat that went wrong because traders didn’t understand the new rules we probably won’t find out until next year.

Maybe if someone has the recipe it’s a good opportunity to start manufacturing British Green Stuff ha
