From Warcom:

But we couldn’t wrap things up without a reference to that title. The project is called The Exodite, after all, so what about the titular Aeldari? For now, you’ll just have to wait and see, but suffice to say that The Exodite will offer your most vivid look yet at an especially enigmatic branch of the Aeldari family tree.

Jolly good, I might well watch it now.

I'm wondering if this is the best way to drive GW to do things now, by making a fancy fan film where people get excited about models that don't exist, which in turn pushes GW to actually make the models and corresponding rules.

Time to make a Necron Pariah animation?

And They Shall Not Fit Through Doors!!!

Well its weird, because this wouldn't be an example of 'driving GW,' but rather 'GW driving.' They're choosing to including Exodites in something of their own will.
Same with Kislev in The Old World / Total War 3. [The latter is coming first, but GW did the background and art work prior to that game's upcoming release].

This may actually be GW _making_ space in their market for new stuff, as shocking as that is.

Sisters seem to have legitimately been market demand, but this seems more like Ad Mech and GSC, where GW is putting feelers out to see where things will fall. Being proactive, which feels weird.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.

I bet GW would have shut The Exodite the feth down if it portrayed Eldar or Tau triumphing over Astartes.

Very excited about this.

Hoping that people tuning in to see eldar on dinosaurs stomping about will encourage them to release them finally.

I've only been waiting 30 years for 40k exodites...

Do you know how many times I've said that about GW in the last four years?

- Rogue Traders- not just one but three, one with a warband!
- Plastic Sisters (with new units and ongoing support even!)
- Genestealer Cults
- The Ambull
- The Zoat
- Good looking, cheap plastic Fiends of Slaanesh

It's why even when they make me CRAZY, they're still getting it more right than wrong. And if all of the above happened, why can't Exodites?

If Exodites did ever get a release, my eyes would bulge out of my head like a cartoon wolf.

I would certainly be interested in getting some of those.
