The reveals are awesome. I am of the opinion that the Castigator is great, but I'm not here to argue that.

Between the Paragon warsuit reveal and now the Castigator, we have two large stained-glass window images that I believe show other sisters units in the background. Let's take a quick look.

This is the image that accompanied the Warsuit reveal. In it, we can see several sisters of battle carrying various simulacrum, but also sisters with staves and maces. One of the Seraphim looks like it's wielding a blessed blade (power sword with a blood drop gem on it), and another sister seems to be wielding a long staff and a chainsword. The paragon warsuit in the center has a holy hand grenade and its main melee weapon looks different than the standard power sword.

Then we have the next image revealed today...

Again, we see a Paragon warsuit with a new option, a bolt pistol in her hand. There's also several more sisters, marked by halos, that are wielding a wider variety of melee weapons (sister superiors?) and a Seraphim in the background that appears to have a mace or blunt weapon of some kind. In the far back, another paragon warsuit has a blunt weapon, and there appears to be sisters charging on foot, carrying the pennants that are normally carried by the zephyrim.

Along the top windows, we also see a variety of weapons, from swords and melta guns... and then there's also some images in the last one on the right that look to me like bombs being dropped.

As an extra cheeky note, the cultists resemble those found in the last Blackstone Fortress cultist box, but have some loadouts and features that we haven't seen yet. Could also allude to a future Chaos Marine Codex, finally with new cultist models? We can hope.

All told, I see...

New Sister Superiors
Leader in a Paragon Warsuit
Melee Sisters of Battle on foot
Leader with Seraphim Jetpack

And some hints as to other loadouts for the units we've already seen, and maybe even a tiny hint at even more...

What do you guys think? Anything else that I missed?

I wonder if any of them are an alternative loadout for the Palatine?

Isn't there a Rumour Engine thing for a new priest?

Well, the Cultists look like the Blackstone Fortress ones...

Referring to this one? Yeah, this came out after Szeras, which resembles the priest that he's flaying alive. So the assumption seems pretty safe that it points to a new priest model.

Agreed, though the marines look like direct representations of the ones from the CSM kit. And Black Legion, of course. *yawn*

I'd say we get a flagbearer cultist and more stubcarbine cultists.

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units."
Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?"
Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

I mean, they're images depicting sisters of battle defeating a foe, more than showcasing the chaos marines. Nobody said that the sisters would be fighting a very tough foe to beat.

I'd say it's a good sign that there are cultists in there, since it might allude to a chaos update in the future. Also, chaos marines already got an update to their base marines, which is what we see in these images.

What we don't see are the models that still need kits, like the bikers, or things that would be nice to get more of (or out of monopose), like venomcrawlers and obliterators.

But we can hope.

Either way, I was hoping for a sisters of battle speculation thread, not a chaos marine speculation thread...

Frankly the absence of Emperor's Children in that artwork is suspicious. EC 2021 confirmed

At this point, any kit that can build a full, and legal, squad would be better than what we currently have.
