A Chaos Rhino has smoke launchers which can be used once per game instead of shooting to incur a -1 to hit to your opponent. (Old style smokescreen)

According to the Forge World Imperial Armor compendium, I now have access to Smokescreen stratagem... Can I use that on my Rhino? I'm not really seeing any conflict but it wasn't obvious because in order to play chaos space marines you need like 5 books or so.
