Looking for conversion ideas to go with my Mario Kart Primaris ATV
I want a Bowser kart using exclusively GW parts (from any faction, even Age of Sigmar)

I'm pretty confident that the base model should be an Ork model. The Wartrike is an obvious one, but it's a bit pricey and big for essentially a display model (I do not play Orks, btw).
So instead I was thinking of getting a Nob biker. I also have a bunch of Lizardmen parts that I can use, such as the Saurus shields as shells on the bike. Or if I have to get the full box of 3 bikes, 1 can be Bowser and the other 2 can be Koopa Troops using Saurus heads (and the sheild as mentioned)

Any thoughts or suggestions?

the OOP Ork War Buggy might be a good start as it is fairly small and Orky.

I decided to go with the Warbiker set. Bowser Nob and 2 Koopa bikers. I also think I can turn a couple of the spare Ork heads into Goomba Squigs riding along.
Not sure what to make of the Grot though. I was gonna make him a Goomba, but having arms throws that off

The grot could be Baby Bowser, or one of Bowser's other bastard kids.

Sorry for the partial assembly. Since the upper bodies are gonna be so colorful, I decided to prime white, while the bikes I'll be mostly darker.

Looks good so far.
