I was reading the wiki entry for the Cythor Fiends and I know that it says they disappeared into the void of space before they could be conquered. Is there any possibility they might return in one way or another?

Given that they're a big part of the Death Spectres identity as a chapter, I assume that they'll be back in some capacity at some point or another, given that GW went out of their way to say that the Black Templars weren't able to fully exterminate them. They're similar to the Barghesi for the Iron Lords chapter where a major part of their role is containing a specific xenos species, so until GW wants to write another short story/book for them or maybe wants to involve it in a blurb for a warzone, they'll come up again. Otherwise as a pretty minor xenos species in the grand scheme of things, I don't expect it to be revisited any time soon.
