I got bored and tried to play around with this list in Battlescribe.
Vanguard limits you to bringing 1 more Elite without losing anything more. Since Praetorians are Fast, you'd have to cut out Wraiths. Lychguard might work vs. bring the 3rd Skorpekh unit and give you something else to Veil over while keeping the theme on this list.
I'd drop the 3rd unit of Skorpekh Destroyers and lose 1 Wraith out of each unit. This will allow you to get both Flayed One units up to 10 man and fill in with other stuff.
Option A: Add 4 Lokhust Heavy destroyers (2×2)
Option B: Drop 2 Skorpekh, add 10 Lychguard
Option C: Max out both units of Flayed Ones and buy an Obfuscatron
Option D: Drop 2 Skorpekh, max out Flayed Ones, get a second Technomancer.
Cutting out that 6th Wraith or 6th Skorpekh gives you more freedom to balance out the list a bit better. I would be fine running 5/5 of each, but if you feel you need that 6th Wraith or 6th Skorpekh, by all means put one of the two back in and adjust the Flayed Ones.
Edit: I have to double check my points. This is a list that feels like it's sitting in a sweet spot for me. There is still the option to Drop Flayed Ones to get a 2nd Technomancer, or bulk out the Skorpekh/Wraiths. Personal taste at this point.
Silent King
Nightbringer*
Technomancer w/stuff
6 Skorpekh
5 Skorpekh
5 Skorpekh
15 Flayed Ones
15 Flayed Ones
5 Wraiths
5 Wraiths

Deathbringer means Nightbringer?
Both lists are viable.

I had to look up what the Obfuscatron did. Interesting but I have to see if opponents bring snipers before taking it.
I kind of like having the Combat units at size 6 so they can perform retrieve Nachmund data better.

I've only recently started running without it, but I only run Chronos on my lists. I'd typically run 2-3 units of Cryptothralls to protect the one from being shot. The other one would be protected with the Obfuscatron by whatever unit he was with, which is why I usually gave him the Veil. Yes, it's been overkill because the Chronos are the only ones to come with an Invul, so they're just resilient enough.
Definitely consider it for the other Crypteks if we see a shift toward snipers becoming more common. Having a way to keep the old ruling is nice, I just don't have any experience with the other Crypteks to see if it would be worth keeping them around.

Not the first person to say this. I mostly play 'Open War' while waiting for 'Matched Play' to be replaced with something better.
