Just a random thought I had while doing some theory crafting. I was thinking about my Kroot hounds and if you used A Trap Well Laid while under the effects of the Bothrod Gland, each hound would have 5 attacks, and that the hounds are only 6 points a piece. So, I waned to ask, are there any cheap units that you can buff so much that they have at least as many attacks as they have points? Any kind of crazy magical Christmas-land, would never happen in an actual game, combo is allowed.

I highly doubt it. You can't mix and match like you could pre-8th for rules from other books. Almost everything today is limited to small buffs here and there, and psychic powers have mostly boiled down to each booking having 6 paragraphs to describe "D X Mortal wounds."

Conscripts are 5 points each.

1 attack base
+1 for War Hymns (Ministorum Priest)
+1 for Cold Steel And Courage (Colonel Straken)

Fight during shooting phase (Fix Bayonets Order)

That's 6 attacks from a 5 point model- technically 2 x 3 - you decide if that counts.

Orks boyz are 8pts each and have base 2 attacks. The Ork Nob leading the unit has base 3 attacks and is also 8pts.

When Orks declare a Waagh the core units get +1A, so the Ork Nob is now 4 attacks.

Goffs clan culture “no mukkin about” and blood axes strategem “got em trapped” both give exploding hits on a 6, so if the Ork Nob rolled 4 6s then they would have 8 attacks for an 8pt model.

Choppas give you +1 attack too, and Goffs have a stratagem that means they only need 5s - a boss Nob with 2 choppas puts out 6 attacks on waaaaggh! And 2 or more 5+ rolls is well within statistical likelihood. Throw in a supporting wierdboy with Warpath for a further +1 attack.

Thanks for the additional information, so an Ork Nob could potentially put out 14 attacks for an 8 point model. I doubt there’s a better attacks to points ratio tbh.

Daemonettes get 3 attacks per model in units of 20 and also have access to exploding 6s at 7ppm, as well as being able to fight twice per conscripts example above (except in the psychic phase and not shooting).
