l wonder, if storm rage-special rule happened ever in anyone's games? It needs very special circumstances, and a newbie enemy, who doesn't know that lightning makes them frenzied. Kholek had a better chance with his armor, but still...
If yes, tell your story.

When a dragon ogre is hit by lightning attack/spell, it gains frenzy.

Oh, that.

Nobody I knew ever threw that spell at a Dragon Ogre unit or Shaggoth. Why would you actively TRY to earn a benefit for your opponent?

I could see someone doing it by accident if the Chaos player brought a unit of Ogres as mercenaries with their banner (Rune Maw maybe?) that allows you to redirect a spell onto a friendly unit. I think they intended for it to be used to bounce an ice spell onto yhetees or something but I think its a lot more likely that a Chaos player faces elves/humans/skaven/lizardmen than an Ogre player facing a Kislev army.

I'm pretty sure that banner is intended to redirect a spell onto gnoblars, but I'd love to try it with Dragon Ogres.
