Hello,

I've collected a CSM army for the new codex and many of them are metal models /classic CSM. I'm far more of a painter than player right now. I wanted to try the MoP combo with obliterators alongside using Raptors

Before I start painting stuff is there any edits I should make or anything to add? I'll probably end up painting 2500 points of options (2nd prince and so on). Anything I could add on or any advice which legion rules I should use?

I would take 5 warp talons over raptors, but a cheap 5 man raptor is decent for objectives.

Would consider venom crawlers if you got them.

Yeah agreed. I feel obliterators are just too damn slow. Venom crawlers are so fast They’re pretty tough Good at shooting and fighting. Really awesome for 105 points. Lots of boosts you can give them as well since they’re demons too
