OrcQuest WarPath is 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗰 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 determined to thrash their best enemies (humans) and save their people from destruction while they're at it.

What is very different about this game, compared to what we've done up until now, is that OrcQuest WarPath already had a successful kickstarter campaign back in 2018, gathering more than 2200 backers: Link to the first campaign https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1504466921/orcquest-warpath-the-boardgame/ Unfortunately, the development of the game did not leave enough funding for the production stage.

After exhausting all other alternatives, Maze Games looked for a buyer to finalize the game, and, well, we raised our hand.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.

-This new campaign has a crucial objective: reach a funding goal of $𝟮𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀. If this objective is not reached, the project won’t be financially viable.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲, whatever their initial pledge level was during the campaign or the Late Pledge.

No VAT has been collected, neither during the first campaign nor during the Pledge Manager.

-This can be achieved by unifying the offer. We will propose a unique pledge level for an all-in, in order to limit the multiplication of cost inducers (packaging, order preparation, shipping…). 𝗕𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 (𝗯𝗶𝗴) 𝗯𝗼𝘅, the logistics and manufacturing costs are lowered, giving this game a good chance to see the light of day.
-New and old backers will therefore receive the same game and will be able to enjoy the same experience.

The development is almost over and the miniatures' molds are final. There are changes to be made as we are optimizing the packaging to group the expansions, reworking the layout and adjusting some aspects of the game experience (dice…).

By the time the campaign launches, and in compliance with our new policy, all production files will be done.
​
We truly believe OrcQuest WarPath deserves a chance to hit our game tables, despite its past difficulties.
We hope this campaign will bring together previous and new backers for this “resurrection”.
