In many text, it is mentioned indirectly that in the eye of terror, there are still many human inhabitants in many terrible daemon worlds, most of them are Chaos cultists, and many Chaos marines warband warbands also recruit from them.

Is there any text that mentions what the human inhabitants of the daemon world are like? Although living in the daemon world for generations, these mortal seem to may retain some degree of rationality.

Depends on the world.
Those under the lash of the Word Bearers are certifiably insane but in the same way that a "fire and brimstone" Imperial preacher would be. They love getting used as slaves to build monuments to the Dark Gods and if they die while doing so then it's all the better.
Chances are if you're unlucky enough to live on a Daemon World, whatever sanity you have is probably not going to last.

There’s a novel (appropriately titled ‘Daemon World’) that covers this exact thing.

Although, by the nature of Daemon Worlds it’s just one example of many.

Austria

well, in the very original combined universe version, the Warhammer Fantasy World was one planet within the Eye of Terror

going by that a full Demon World would be like the Chaos Waste and humans living within, were those were Chaos for whatever reason was not yet able to take over would be like the Old World was

one important aspect of a Chaos World always was that time does not work in normal ways, if there is time at all

Harry, bring this ring to Narnia or the Sith will take the Enterprise

The RPG black crusade describes a multitude of different worlds of varying levels of daemon-ness, from the Frozen Heart which is basically an unsurvivable hellscape to anything loosely describable as 'mortal' to sugrub....which sounds broadly no worse than an imperial hive world but with magic ships that couldn't exist in real space.

The humans are....human. a lot of mutants and a lot of hard-core chaos worshippers, but for a lot of characters described the pantheon clearly exist but that doesn't mean they're dedicated to any one in particular. Cities and ports and markets and forges exist but obviously with a heavy chaotic bent.
