Dragon Forge always does great work. Can’t go anywhere else for my fancy bases as they’ve spoiled me
have you decided yet if you get some mechanicum moiraxes?

Maybe at a later date, but I was able to get a deal on a Chainbreaker Lance box which will give me everything else I need to complete my army, save one questoris knight. I’d rather get a playable army right now, but if I enjoy using the army I’ll consider grabbing them in the future.

another ten for the XIV ready for action, now 2x20 man squads, which will hopefully do a bit better than the XV did with 10-15 man squads given these guys are also slightly better equipped..

I treated myself to Sicaran this week. The sprue with the tracks has a lot of extra track links. I'm looking forward for using them for decorations and accessories.
Also gets me speculating, what else they might want to do with the Sicaran hull and those extras.

Currently finializing my Ravener brood, and after that probably the 10 gargoyles and same number of spore mines I still had laying unfinished.
Also succeeded in greenstuff producing a krull head from a mold I made of modeling clay, only will have to cut it to a proper shape so that I can work with it on my wraithknight that is supposed to look like an avatar of Cegorach.
Nothing else on my plate atm, skipping this months challenge (too broad theme, so no fun for me) so that allows me to actually finish what I was working on hehe.

Still going on my SoH. I’ve converted a Reaper autocannon for my Caraphractii, and a Champion (based on Fafnir Rann). The boarding shield was a pain to modify - lots of fine detail to remove. I am still fiddling around with the Champion - I’ve already removed the topknot and replaced it with a crest.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

I finished off my unit of converted Gorgon Terminators. I like to think I managed to make them look distinct enough from standard Indomitus while also retaining the silhouette of the armour.

That jetbike riders set is awesome! Did you scale it so they fit the new Scimitar plastic kit?
I bet people would pay good money for those STL's (not me tho, MKVI is my jam)

Finished assembling 2 contemptors and 10 of 15 terminators.
The lightning claw squad will be teamed up with a chaplain for maximum RIP AND TEAR rerolls, and the combined melta/plasma squad will babysit my praetor. There's a 3rd squad waiting in the wings that's going to have chargers and power axes, but I need to get the axes printed off first.
Finally (mostly) finished my Contemptor and Sicaran. The contemptor's base still needs a drybrushing and some tufts of grass, but that's nothing. I also need to hit them with another pass of matte varnish because the stuff i'm using i'm using isn't performing as well as i'd like.

Haha - I really like the Contemptor. Looks as though he’s saying “damn, I just trod in some Traitor”.

It's the last ditch cock-shot I like. You're about to die, traitor. Go out with some dignity and humility.
He’s going down fighting. Got to give him the respect. And then find a rock/ledge with a good edge for the dread to scrape the gore off his foot.
I used to follow a Khorne blog here where Ultras routinely were getting butchered on bases and dioramas. But always fighting. I’m fine with being base decorations, but treat them as worthy foes if they are still alive.

Cleaning and building a Spartan myself. Trying to decide how much I want to fiddle with magnets. The 4xLCs will probably just get glued to their mounts, although the whole sponson pops off. Is it worth it for the hull guns? or just glue the HBs on and call it a day?
And then the question about if I should paint the tracks separately.
Fun kit to build, although I’d recommend dry fitting the hull parts to the tread sides while assembling. Some of the connections are basically glueing 2 plates edge-on without good guides. If it’s a few degrees off, it’s not going to line up when you try to put the whole thing together.
