Greetings,
My thoughts are below;

In a few weeks I am going to play a small private tournaments with some friends and I was looking for comments/tips/triks on my first ever ork list.
Just off hand, for a 500 point tournament with friends I'd tend to say 'just try some stuff' as getting in the reps with the army is probably the most value you'll get at this point level as it's very basic.
This is good, Goffs are amongst the best Kulturs

I think this is fine - but I would offer two thoughts for consideration depending on how many models you have.
Orks tend to benefit from bodies, you're playing at 500, so there will never be a lot of bodies, but there are a handful of places you could try to steal some points to buy something (an immediate thought might be to try and get a minimized unit of Kommandos just to camp on an objective or steal one from the opponent and keep their backfield honest) One potential way you could help pay for this is to drop some upgrades and what not - an easy potential for that is to ask if the Mega Armor is worth it on your Warboss. It's not bad, this is a fine unit, he'll do well, but you could save some points going with a basic Warboss who will still likely krump a lot of stuff that comes up on him anyway. I tend to advocate that the best defense on a Warboss is boyz between him and threats, and if your Warboss is assaulted he's probably dead regardless (a bit less true at 500 I'll admit)
The other random thought is the value of the Iron Gob - yeah, it's a cool item. But with your Goff charge bonuses and at 500 what's surviving a Warboss assault? Especially since he'll likely be going in alongside some Boyz getting +1 to hit from his aura? Even if you love it, you might want to look at The Krushin' Armor which basically does the same thing, but also provides a defense buff.
Not sure what Warzone you might be using, but it may even be worth it to not get a relic if you're paying a
CP for it.

Due to the rock/paper/scissor nature of 500 points I get why you're taking rokkits - you're thinking that you might need some anti-vehicle shooting options. The problem is you're paying 20 points for a Heavy weapon on an assault troop option with a 5+
BS skill. Those are just wasted points.
I would advocate no rokkits.
If you don't want to save for Kommandos - an easy way to redistribute the points would be to snag a Big Shoota boy. This will give you some more dakka and range that is at least got a lot more shots to offset the
BS issues. Also, frankly, I submit that a Goff Nob with Big Choppa is actually better anti vehicle than a single rokkit boy will ever be. Grab the vehicles and head butt them to death, that's the Orky way.
Not a big fan of the points used for Shocka Hull.
Otherwise I think the Scrapjet is one of our coolest units and is very useful in this list.
I think this is fine, if you keep the Warboss in Mega Armor the above saved 25 points (from dropping Shocka Hull and swapping rokkits for big shoots) could buy one more biker, which could be nice.
For general Ork advice - remember to use terrain to try to conceal your boyz as well as you can, but advance them up aggressively to threaten/control the mid board. Orks are deadly on the charge, but don't like to get charged, be mindful of the charge range of enemy units.
I also think you have limited units for objectives, so if you don't shave points to take Kommandos to have a throwaway unit to objective camp remember that the Bikers and Scrapjet at least can somewhat benefit from objective camping as they have decent range and shooting tools, so if the board could allow them to camp somewhere and dakka - do that.
Best of luck in Waaaaghing all over your foes.
