I guess Epidemus doesn’t make potions but maybe it’s part of a thing for Kugath? I still feel like it may be relate to the nurgle books. Though nighthaunts are just as likely

Not sure about nighthaunt, they dont feel very much like using a potions lab, but I admit my knowledge about them is limited to current visual range.

Perhaps they try to bring back Heinrich Kemmler in an AoS context.

My Hail Mary shot is it being a new diorama-character update for Festus the Leechlord with a bunch of horrible little attendants.

More realistically, do the metal finishings on the alchemy rack have an intentional design? Perhaps too subtly so, the one on the right has an almost lion or bear-like shape? Could just be dents in old metal. The left side looks too different for normal wear and tear, so who knows. An eagle, maybe? I wouldn't catch the significance

They haven't shown off Squires despite then being in the army list, or Mounted Yeomen.

Not saying it's a lock, just throwing it out there. I don't think they have said that they plan on doing a single wave for each faction or whatever.
