Nope. In fact, a lot of stuff in the SoS list doesn't have an "Official Model". Welcome to 30k, where there are Rules Without Models, and (*GASP*)........conversions are encouraged.

Sculptor's personal running gag that SoB are KFC, I guess because of the frying they do, combined with the need to have a consistant but non IP infringing nomenclature for this stuff so it can be searched for.
