You're confusing the part of the article that's talking about the history of terminator armor with the part of the article that's an Ad for the Leviathan box set.

I think they just mention them for X use terminators too. Although for a new player it could be confusing. I wouldn't envy some new player buy the Leviathan box, and then find out GK can't use any of the models inside, bar the termintor cpt.

Do you think that a new player, who lets say only played the Grey Knight PC game, could get confused by the article too and try to order a Leviathan box too?

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.

There is no part talking about the history of Terminator Armor. There's a handful of blurbs about a handful of chapter 1st Companies and a question about if you're going to paint your 1st company up as one of the ones listed - which includes the GK when it probably shouldn't have.

I expect that it's just a desperate reach to try to mention/show as many different Terminator kits as possible.
Grey Knights really shouldn't have been included in an ad for the new Biginators though.

Does everyone here lacks basic reading comprehension?

The only place where Paladins are mentioned is the paragraph saying GK are not a codex chapter and don't have 'codex' style 1st company. Which is true. It says NOWHERE that the new terminator models can be used as Paladins (or any GK, really). If anything, the bit with Paladins plainly says that new TDA models can't be painted as GK. Really now?

Claiming they cant be used as GK is one thing.
But how'd they make them that you can't even paint them as GK?

Isn't that the part right next to the Space Wolves who I'm assuming CAN use the new Terminator Models. Either some copy writer just spilled some tea nobody else was hinting at, or far more likely included Grey Knights they shouldn't have. Now I'd guess most of us are 99.9% (or so) sure it's the latter, and to be safe we'll admit to the possibility of the former, but mostly we're just laughing at the oopsie.

A lot of people assume that is something is mentioned, then it is okey. The number of dudes who go straight for a grain grab or shot in a match, right after being told by the teachers about "Things to avoid at all cost" is IMO a good proof of that. People are like that, or at least some are. If they hear paladins or GK mentioned in an article they will think that the the terminators will be okey to use.

And as a bonus point the GK are mentioned alongside SW here, who while not codex, very much can use the terminators. In the entire article only GK can not use the terminators, and you have to know about GK army composition and codex to notice that. Someone who just sat down, looked at models and decided to play GK, will not know that. What he will do know is that the article mentions GK and paladins, and the use of terminators.

I went from really excited that we were getting new GK terminators and possibly librarians, then my hopes were mercilessly dashed upon uncaring rocks.

Just to watch someone squirm, I'm going to make a 1st company Raven Guard terminators, with jet packs/wings - or a 1st company White Scars terminators riding bikes.

It never ends well
