I know points have yet to be released, but I’m trying to slim down my SM collection to stick to what I plan on theming them as which is Black Dragons. I would probably play them as Salamanders or Blood Angels, or even a mix if that’s possible. What do other Black Dragon players do when it comes to chapter rules and those choices?

The Brutalis probably fits pretty well in your theme, I've been thinking a lot about 2 sets of 3 Eliminators with Las Fusil running around in an Impulsor with a shield dome having a potentially high irritation factor.

You can't mix the 2 chapters in 10th. 1 only.

I thought he meant he was making a somewhat DIY chapter and trying to figure out the rules to use based on them being something of a hybrid between those two Rules Provided chapters.
