Does anyone know where I can find the complete cannon history of the Marines Malevolent that I can download?

That's a bit complicated, they have no major single source of background, but appear in or are the protagonist of a couple of scattered short stories, some OOP Imperial Armour books and have additional side-plots in the (very bad) Salamanders series of novels. Lexicanum has a list:

For a basic rundown, imagine the most condescending, arrogant, self-centered person you can think of, then times that by a thousand. That's your average Marines Malevolent Astartes.
If you pick up the novel Iron Kingdom, there is a unit of Marines Malevolent featured.

Ok than, thanks for your input, I'll have to see if I can get ahold of that book.
