Hello,
Recently I decided to begin my adventure with actualy playing wh40k tabletops. I have few questions regarding rules, tips etc.
1. Where can I learn all the rules and details from scratch?
2. How to create your own army, how to compose it (I choose Admech/Necrons)
3. Where can I look for players who may be willing to teach a begginer (from Poland)
Also can you help me decide what faction to begin (Admech or Necrons)
May Omissaiah bless all of you and may you roll only the highest numbers in your next game,
Cheers

You can find the core rules and army indexes here.

Play which army calls to you.

Can’t say much about your local scene on where to play.

You should be able get some Necrons quite cheaply, as they were in a starter box recently, and people will be selling off the models they don't want from that.

Longer-term though, which are you happiest painting? Necrons are considered a good army to begin painting with, due to their 'simple' painting schemes. Ad Mech can be more difficult to paint.

40k rules, unit cards and points are available now, for free. 10th edition is just released, and the basic information is on the Warhammer Community and 40k websites for download. Get the app if you can too. The rules, index cards and points tell you how to build an army. The app lets you same it, and should have the most up-to-date information.

Discord and Facebook are great. Some local gaming stores have discord and Facebook groups and are extremely welcoming. As with this forum. I’ve been apart of this forum for a very long time now and the vast vast vast majority of people here are awesome and are always willing to help new players learn.

Keep in mind for new players some of the major Facebook pages can become a little much and the admins certainly extreme. Some of the major Facebook pages for example are overrun with furry pictures and other crazy posts… the tipping point for me is when I said a certain person during WW2, who led Germany at the time, was most definitely a bad guy and I got suspended for two weeks (I have since left said group).

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.
