Anyone know where this sheet is from?

Ugh. I remember when it was leaked having a conversation about it, but for the life of me cannot recall the context. Obviously new, as it has a 2023 copyright.

I can't find much info on it. Wasn't sure if more had come along for it from a few months back when allegedly someone pulled it from a BGV box.

If this isn't in any kits currently, I wonder if it was intended for the new Codex release in a box set.
