YouWasShock: Where did you get this mould of me waking up on a Monday morning? Anyway, brilliant work as always. Love the approach you have taken to the skin here with bold tones adding the sense of dense muscle fibers. Also, the base is really nice. I like snowy bases… it also makes this a Christmas monster, and who doesn’t love Christmas monsters. Coolness meter score 10/10

Thanks, XvArcanevX!

Geifer: I honestly think this is probably one of the best paint jobs I have seen you submit so far and it got my vote. Really beautiful work on colors and I like how soft everything looks…from dark to light. Excellent stuff.

Thank you. If Thor looks better, I like to think that's down to a change in style. I usually prefer more, I don't know, muted color schemes? Subtlety? But that doesn't work for me on Crisis Protocol models. You might say I want them to look like the comic book characters they are and therefore go with a bolder, flashier style. I didn't use different colors or techniques than usual.

You’re welcome! Yes I think the change in colors probably does make the paintjob pop a little more than usual. It makes sense as the brighter colors you’ve used contrast more vividly with the shadows. Anyway, I liked it!

Mr Nobody wrote:Ezki - Easily the most detailed and intricate model this month. And the NMM on the axe is incredibly well done.

Thank you, I'm flattered!

Very well done NMM on the axe, and the detail in the eyes!
Do you happen to know the rough scale of that model?

Thank you Mothsniper!
I'm not exactly sure about the scale, but it is roughly 84mm (or ~3.3 inches) in height

XvArcanevX wrote:Ezki: I’m sorry, this just didn’t do it for me. I feel as though there could be more… Ok, enough of that, this is basically gobsmacking. What an accomplished and beautiful piece. The texture, the color, the careful attention to light and shadow, the soft transitions…it is this months standout by a country mile. Of course you got a vote, and you won, as you should have… because this is exceptional work. Awesome. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Thank you so much for the kind words!
I was about to do a printed Shadowheart Bust for this month (would have been my first), but NomNom Figures teased such a cool SH model that I have to wait for that haha!
