Been talking with a fellow mod about old campaigns GW used to run and does anybody know / remember what country was assigned to what warzone? I remember that the Netherlands was assigned to fight over Deimos space port (could be wrong there), but what of the other countries? I've checked my copy of the Fall of Medusa V booklet that I got with WD then, it comes with a nice map, but no info as to who fought where, so anybody?

IIRC Lexicanum has a listing of the zones and links to archived versions of the GW website for the campaign/campaign results, though it looks like it only has partial information on how the warzones were assigned.

Don't recall and the campaign mechanics for Medusa V were utterly opaque so it was nowhere near as good as the Eye of Terror campaign.

Should also be noted that GW released an FAQ in the middle of the campaign which unfairly impacted several factions (Tyranids in particular, if I remember correctly), and then walked back many of the changes after the campaign.

Which is notable given that this was during a time where maybe half of the non-marine codices would even receive an update in the entire edition (which seemed to last 5-6 years instead of 3-4).
