Hi all, I need some help in directing me towards where a certain rule is written.

One of the CK abilities is that they confer a -1 Ld penalty to a unit within 12" of them. In my head it rings that said ability is not cumulative ( e.g. an enemy unit within 12" of lets say 3 CK units gets a -1 Ld penalty instead of -3), but when trying to find it I couldn't - scrolling trough the app core rules section I only managed to find under the modifiers section that, first bullet point - all modifiers are cumulative.

Help please?

Modifiers from different sources are cumulative.
The same rule does not stack with itself, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Ok, but can you point me to where I can find that in the BRB or the app rules section?

I am looking for something along the lines of "same ability from multiple sources doesn't stack", as these are different sources - different units.

So please give me a BRB page or app location, if you could?

They are not different sources, the source is the "DESPAIR" rule. It does not matter how many units within range have the "DESPAIR" rule, the source of the [each time that enemy unit takes a Battle-shock or Leadership test, subtract 1 from that test.] comes from DESPAIR.
