Subject: Brotherhood of Nod color scheme for either Skaven, Tau or Genestealer Cults?

I had a wicked idea for a black and red color scheme akin to the Brotherhood of Nod faction in the Command and Conquer universe for Warhammer. Problem is, not sure which army it would fit.
Here's some ideas:
.Skaven, basically black and red cloaked rats trying to spread Warpstone instead of hoard it like Tiberiums.
.Genestealer Cults, hell they have the whole 'hit and run' thing down pat. Plus they would look cool in black and red.
.Tau, mostly because they're the most high tech in aesthetic, other than the Votann or the Necrons.
Any ideas which army would be the coolest to attempt this with?

Necrons or Tau.
Make sure and grab some green crystal to litter your bases with.
I thought you could use the tiberium as a power source for either army and both look good in glossy black with red.

Maybe Craftworld Eldar? Especially their vehicles and infantry armor has the "retro - future" aesthetic similar to NOD. And they use lot of crystals.

Not intentionally a Nod reference, but I do my Eldar in red/black. And they are also the primary colors for my undead.
Space Marines are another option. Particularly of the Blood Angel descent.
It’s not a bad scheme for any army really. I’m sure you could find examples out there of pretty much any faction wearing it.
