That's a ridiculously good job. I've been painting for years and they don't look that good.

Nope it has a hole in the bottom, but you can get a cover for the hole on 3d print pages. i dont like the base because the model doesnt fit the base.

Absolutely awesome, from one tread head to another.

If you did want C&C, you could try to do some subtle edge highlighting along the raised edges with a slightly lighter green (test it on a different piece of plastic painted to the same way to see if you like it), it might help certain areas pop a bit more. Same with some of the cargo details (especially the red and tans, as those will be more striking with an additional, slightly brighter layer.)
