Got temporarily excited for a moment when I saw the Egyptian hat, thought it might have been for a Tomb Kings Blood Bowl team.

I saw the video before I saw the logos of what games would be previewed. Meaning Blood Bowl won't be included. Oh well.

Looking forward to the Chaos Dwarves anyway and the rest, should be a good reveal.

Only problem for me is Chorfs for AOS.

Put them in the old world where they belong.

How dare I?

I never asked you to perch (admittedly gently and with respect) atop my bonce!

You asked with your eyes

What eyes? You think a man with sight and senses can churn out *my* level of drivel?

How very, very dare you sir!

Chorfs for Old World would've been an easy buy for me. I think putting them into AoS will be a miscalculation on GWs part. They'll probably be a lot more extreme looking than they are in Total Warhammer 3.

After 25+ years my wait for plastic Chaos Dwarves may finally be coming to an end.

The News and Rumors section is all about surprises. I'd certainly hate it if we got 100 posts saying "I know something you don't know..." - malfred

I'm guessing CDs in AoS is their big 10 year reveal. But why? Would make far more sense in Old World instead.

Because that project was likely started way before Old World and the teams fought over them.

Also AoS is SUPPOSED to be steam-punk age. It's not really there all that much but its supposed to be in that era whilst Old World is earlier. Steam stuff is all over the lore from BL with factions like Cities of Sigmar, Skaven and such but gameplay wise on the tabletop Skaven are unchanged and Cities have not really got any big steam stuff going on as yet besides Cog Forts which don't have a model.

I'd like to be enthusiastic about the Egyptian hat, but GW has yet to prove they're willing and able to do anything worthwhile with Tomb Kings. Come on, GW. I dare you to surprise me!

Considering how many hats there were and how big a choff release would be I'm predicting

1) Hats were only hinting at Chaos Dwarves and everything else is just a smokescreen

2) Other Old World factions get a leader model only.
