I was wondering if anyone can help me find a picture.
It was of a banner that had a bit of controversy around it some years ago. I believe it was a 40k golden Demon entry. It had a depiction of a "Madonna and child" but the baby had horns.
I can't find it anywhere on the Internet and I threw all my White Dwarf magazines away in 2002.
Can someone please let me know if I'm just crazy.

Yeah that was Victor Hardy

He had two miniatures in a similar style published in the back cover of the 2002 Chaos Codex, that's how I found his name
