I've limited this to live action Superman actors... so, who was your favorite?

The obvious answer is Nic Cage, right?

I don't have one, each had their strengths and weaknesses.

Also Tom Welling doesn't really belong there as he never really played Superman only Clark Kent. Even when they brought him back for the CW multiverse episode he was still just Clark Kent, having given up his powers to be a regular family man. Pretty sure even Tom Welling has said this.

There is a reason why they had to Photoshop him into the costume in the picture where all the others are wearing theirs.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

Although I'm going with Christopher Reeve, I haven't seen at least half of these guys on screen, did not realise there have been so many Supermen!

Same. I’ve seen maybe 3, heard of 2 more, but the rest? No clue.

OK, you have George "I better duck, they threw their gun at me" Reeves, Christopher Reeve of Superman I-IV,
Dean Cain from TVs Lois and Clark, Tom Welling from Smallville, Brandon Routh from the movie Superman Returns, Henry Cavill from Man of Steel, Nic Cage from the Flash movie, and the New Guy from the new movie.

The others are Kirk Alyn from the Superman serials prior to George Reeves & the 2 guys after Christopher Reeve are the actors that played Superboy (same series, one took over from the other in S2)
