Edit: The only other options that do much of anything are Combined Arms (Lethal Hits on everything except Monsters and Vehicles) or the Grotsmas one, for RR1s to-hit.

Precisely. It's similar to my current list of Nurgle Daemons, but leans harder on the horde. And has guns.

I could....
to get it done in a timely fashion would require another Pandemic shutdown though. (I gotta hell lot of Goblins painted up spring/summer of 2020)

But honestly? This looks like a job best farmed out to the high school kids at the local shop. They always need $$.
