What do you save and what not? For example I have box with cadians weapon+hands organized, cause I can use it later for additional special weapon. Or lasguns, cause I like all guys in squad have same lasgun model. Same for unused weapon for other units. But now I started Tyranids and there some spare heads(which all looks same) and bunch of fleshborers. Is there any point to store them? Or talons and heads from reveners? Do you save this kind of bits?

Yes. Save everything.
You never know when you are going to damage a piece and need to replace something.
I store everything in those clear plastic containers that you use for fishing lures.

Oh, unless you have Kasrkin. You don't want those. You can mail them to me.

Save everything. Even if you wind up never needing them, odds are someone else will. You can then choose to either give the extras away, or trade them for parts YOU want.

On the raveners in particular, those could be useful to some. I’ve got an old squad of 3, but the new box makes 5. On my to-do list is to take some spare heads and talons and make 2 more erupting out from the ground. I should have enough random bits to do it, because I never throw anything out.

I save them, body parts are always great as basing material for other armies or if SOMEONE grabs a arm subassembly and I need a new arm to use.

One day I will have something funny enough to be in a signature.

I save everything. I've got a dozen or so bead and thread cases. Bits are organized in the cases by faction and type. They stack inside 2 plastic letter-size file boxes Like this, though one of the file boxes has mostly smaller size bead cases.
I also have an old-school roly-kit which is mostly vehicle bits.
I actually refer to it as the "Club Bits Library" and have had several folks from the club I host donate collections of bits to it.
At this point, it's got bits going back 30 years or more and it's become quite a resource for myself and others. It's unlikely to have the loadout for a whatever the newest 40k hotness is, but for converting up other 28mm (old/true and newer/heroic) minis I almost always have something suitable.
