I'm baffled heavely
Here is next lines in Baneblade profile:
This model’s 2 twin heavy flamers can be replaced with 2 twin heavy bolters. This model can be equipped with one of the following: 2 lascannons and 2 twin heavy bolters 2 lascannons and 2 twin heavy flamers
Does it mean i can assemble it with two sets of sponsons?

Yes - they added that option a few editions back and used to sell the sponson sprue separately.

So you can have 2 lascannons and 4 twin heavy boltets?

Even in the no point era baneblades still have the option to just take an extra pair of sponsons?

Hek, looks like its realy 2 pairs of sponsons. at leas it's said so in every places i checked. gona rip armour from tank and add second set of sponsons

That it can have 4 sponsons isn't the crazy/broken part.

Crazy comes from the shoddy rules of the modern game eliminating fire arcs.
Your left side sponsons can fire out of the right hand side of your tank. That hull mounted, forward pointing, demolisher cannon? It can fire out the tanks arse.
Or, you know, everything can just fire out of whatever bit of the tank is convenient- tip of a coms aerial, forward leading track link....

I'm hesitate if I need heavy flamers on it? Are they usable somehow on baneblade and it's siblings?

Well, it's Titanic so can't Overwatch so they're not that useful on the Baneblade but aren't too bad on the transport ones (like the Stormlord) who want to get up the table.

That's because models are static, but on a battlefield tanks don't just sit in one position. So it is assumed that the tank is always moving to get things in its firing arcs and bringing its guns to bear.

The model comes with 4 Sponsons according to the description on Warhammer.com, so why wouldn’t the rules account for that?

Learn something new every day. IIRC they used to have a lot fewer options in the box. But I’m not a guard player, so never paid that close attention.

There is a 4 sponsons in a box so I just stupid and don't add tham all because of gakked datasheet in the codex.
