I'm still missing step 1:

"Buy Them."

The Lancers look really out of place here theme wise.
I also note the lack of Ravenwing Command squads. And any type of speeders.

I took the speeders out for the anti-tank lancers... but let's put them back in and add some Command Squads and see how everything looks.
