Could any one correct me?
So we have classified in KT which invalidate teams of previous seasons.
And also we have 3 year cycle which invalidate remaining teams?
Does it mean I need buy new team at least every year to be able play KT?
For me it's look like MTG with their rotations.

Do you play official KT tournaments that use classified?

If not, you don't need to think about it at least until the next edition.

If yes you may want to read the article on classified on Warhammer Community, because you seem to have heard some misconceptions.

Your Kasrkin are good. The only ones that have to worry are the original ones like Ork Kommandos and Blooded.

Pretty much the ones who no longer have Kill Team boxes.

You don't need to buy a new team every year. Teams are viable for several years in your games on official GW tournaments and far longer outside of those. This year Octarius season rotates, so teams like Kommandos or Legionaries. Next year, Gallowdark season, so teams like Kroot or Mandrakes. Year after that - Bheta Decima etc So you get to play with a team on officially run GW tournaments for 4 years and outside of them for at least two full editions (6y)?

I'm personally not sure I will jump on board KT27 when it releases. All the KT21 teams (excluding Companion teams) are still playable in KT24 one way or another, and many of my fave teams will not get rules for KT27. There's quite a lot of content in the 6 years of KT21 and KT24, which will keep me and my buddies playing happily for a long time..
