Death Guard are pretty okay in terms of units.
They could use some more Infantry that aren't characters, but they aren't in a bad spot.

That's my point, they have three Marine Squads. Plague Marines and the two Terminator options. I'd like to see at least two more power armor versions of Marines.
Havocs would be an easy add.

But, even as a Death Guard player these days, I absolutely think that Emperor's Children, World Eaters, and to a lesser extent Thousand Sons are more urgently in need of expansion.

I don't think Havocs are fluffy for Death Guard? Didn't Morty oppose heavy weapons on infantry? But squad partners/mirrors (and a partner might not be a mirror) would be nice. Instead of Plague Marines (or havocs) you've got some guys running around with drums of (different types of) plague on their back that they then spray around the battlefield bestowing Papa "Nurgle's Gifts". It might end up being the same result mechanics wise (and they probably need a version of it) but its disguised by fluff AND its more Death Guard'ish than just taking another shared unit from the Undivided guys.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

It might be more fluffy but Death Guard really doesn't need more models with torrent weapons what they need is some high power, single shot anti-vehicle weapons to plug up a major hole. If they have these drums of goo and are shooting it at enemies and it has the force of a missile launcher or a lascannon that would be awesome though.

They don't have to be torrent either though its not horrible. It just needs to be effective against tanks, or monsters or have multiple profiles you select one of and NOT be a rocket shell or a cannon burst.

Marine-portable entropy cannons or even rapier weapon carriers as a DG 40K Version with entropy cannon would be nice.
