The GK model line is the last unupdated one, second if one counts Catachan. This means that one of two things will happen. Full range update or faction removal. If the faction stays then I expect this. Paladins and terminators will be separate models. Paladins will be sold in boxes of 3, with the unit having an option to be run as 6 strong. 6 will be the prefared size so to build a unit of paladins, two boxes will have to be bought. Interceptors, Strikes, Puris and Purgis will no longer be build from one box. I wouldn't be suprise if Purgators stopped to exist. Strikes will have a 10 man box, everyone else will have a 5 man box.
The terminator box will be 5 man strong. If GK extremly lucky the option for ancient/apothecary may stay, but if those were turned in to separate models I would not be suprised. Same with lets say the apothacary just being removed. Land raiders stay. Anything that is gone from marines and is in GK will probably gone too. There should be a generic HQ and "special" one or a "special" unit type of unit. The "special" unit could be merged in to paladins or purfires. All of this should happen, if GW plans to keep GK. If they plan to phase them out in 12th, then they will get another HQ/upgrade sprue. If they phase them out in 11th, then all of the units got to legends and with the flop that agents were, they may not even exist there.

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.

I would be fairly confident that the Grey Knights are not going to go the way of the dodo and I would expect a major facelift for them during 11th edition. I think you are right on the money on several points. For example, I seriously doubt you will continue to enjoy a one box several different units to be built in them. I'm not too sure about the three strong Paladin, but it would not be impossible. I would expect the Apothecary and Ancient to become minor HQ charcters like it's the case for most Space Marines anyway.

I'm going to choose to believe in the best timeline where we get new kits for the Knarloc Riders and Great Knarlocs.

It could be. I think the Kroot release for the Tau in 10th was a big success and met with a lot of approval so it could be safe to continue on that road. Plus the Great Knarlocs would make a pure Kroot force a bit more viable on the board thanks to adding a more tanky piece capable of dealing with vehicles.

I've been thinking about what it's going to take to keep me in the game for 11th. At first, I was pretty sure that only a solid Drukhari release could do it- and it's STILL super important, but Great Knarlocs might be enough to pull me in for 11... Provided the Indexes remain valid until replaced.

GK if done properly is another hook for me. More Deathwatch- a Terminator/ Gravis only pack of shoulder pads would nice, maybe a dedicated dread or a new Kill Team unit.

Really living the dream? That would be a new Repressor Sisters/ Arbites dual build along with an HQ Judge Model... And plastic Inquisitor Karamazov.
