Where I play in tournaments, they use a comp matrix which is very broken/stacked towards marines/against Chaos. I'm putting out the challenge to make the most powerful list with perfect comp that you can think of...2000 points. Requirements: Troops at full size, full size for transport, sacred number, or 75% full size for max sizes of 20. (Guard platoons max size=55) No more than 50 points of non-weapon upgrades on Characters/Monstrous creatures/Veteran sergeants/etc Max 50 points upgrades to any vehicle/vehicle squadron. Troops=>Heavy+fast+elite Min 6 different unit choices Max 199 points in allies. Let's see how well the Dakkaites break this

I think you're going to want to put your terminators in pods so that they are max size in a transport. Otherwise, you'll have to take 9 of them in the command squads to be at max size.
Librarian Terminator command squad in pod
Terminator squad in pod
Ven dread in pod
Tactical squads in pods
Scout or Devestator squad in pod (take both depending on your reading of a Librarian and command squad countss as 1 or 2 units for purposes of unique units - I think it's 2 IMHO)

Librarian + command squad=1 unique unit. And only troops choices on the FOC need to be full sized.

OK, so that would be:

Yeah...It's number of units, not points for troops >= Elite+Fast+Heavy.
I'd love to bring my Alpha Legion, but this comp system seems to want to screw over Chaos every way (almost every section is a way to screw over chaos)

That's gotta be one of the more ridiculous things I've seen. It pretty much slots Chaos off big-time, doesn't it. Although...you could probably come up with a very, very, very, nasty Slaaneshii sort-of-daemonbomb within the restrictions for that. The trick would be getting 6 unique unit types:

The prince is probably a negative comp...If he has more than 50 points of non-weapon upgrades (Including marks, skills, and gifts).

Gives you six unique troop types, 5 troops and 5 elite+FA+HS. More than 60% of your points spent on troops.

You're right about the prince. You'd have to neuter him a bit. Just the mark, statue, strength and speed on him + the manreaper. 135 then.
