I have to say 10 models never looked so expensive...this list makes me cry.

I like it, but might you consider obtaining some sort of AT weapon either in the form of a vanquisher or destroyer. You've got a 33% chance of directly hitting a vehicle with your templates, and even a 1 inch scatter has you hitting at 1/2 strength. It'd be well worth it to be able to pop LR and monoliths from afar with dedicated AT gun. The lascannons just don't seem to be as effective.

I'd go with the "anti-tank rounds" doctrine, rather than using a varient russ.  This way all your russ' (at 20 pts. each) are now flexable anti-tank and anti-infantry machines.

I'd say bugger the Armoured Company, take the FW Armoured Battlegroup, load up on as many Russes as you can and take Slick Loader wherever possible. Then hit the enemy with an Alpha Strike of 14+/- Pie Plates. Not much survives that kinda firepower.

More inexpensive tanks are better....

I would recommend dropping all your upgrades sans the sponsons. Fitting even one more tank would be better than all those upgrades.

I just looked through every page of IA 1, IA 2, and the first IA Update.  No army lists.

Are you sure it's in IA 1? Page reference?
