Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Drill out the front of the lascannon.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

I'd really get rid of those obvious sprue bits.

Chop the rubble up into more generic lumps and chunks that look like rubble. Theres some sprue there that even still has the gate on it and right now its way too obvious.

It really ruins a great looking conversion.

why would you want too drill out the front of the lascannon, is a "laser" just add a lense too the end of it

I wouldnt say that, all it needs is some elmer's glue and some sand and it should come out looking like a "nice" pile of rubble

Come on man this bit looks horrible and is so obviously sprue. I'm not complaining about the quality of the model or conversion. I feel that with a conversion of this quality and standard you should really get rid of this bit that ruins the overall high level.

Great! This is starting to look really nice.

I love what you've done to the head, I'd leave it like that as I think it looks great as it is. Very Armoured Core!

I look forward to seeing more!

alright
the modelling is more or less finished
i might have some small things to do but otherwise its onto painting now
i got superglue all over my fingers while gluing the smaller head parts together

heres a comparison shot of one of ym regular suits

btw, this is my first major conversion project and i think it came out quite well

Because lascannon have a hollow barrel, as seen on Devastators and Land Raiders. The barrel is needed as a sheath to protect the lens.
