Pics of the new Gamezone Orc Chariot.
Personally I really love this and the gamezone orc line. They have some great night goblin fanatics, and I love their war boars. The Boar boyz are great.
A little pricey (similar to GW) however a worthy addition, infact their minis along with the new citadel Black orcs are making me seriously consider orcs and goblins as my next warhammer army.
Has anyone had any experience with this company? The photos look okay but I wonder if anyone's seen their casts up close?

I have several items from their Dark Elf line. The casts are very clean, no flash or mold line issues. The bases are clear acrylic slottabases, about the same size as GW bases. I had no problems putting the minis on GW bases at all. The lizard chariot went together as well or better than the GW one, and with the bigger cold ones, it really stands out from the others.

I have been tempted by the Gamezone boar boyz myself- after all, if I am going to pay a premium price for miniatures, I might as well get accurately sculpted metal boars instead of plastic piggiephant caricatures.

I ordered through Battlefield Berlin, and had a good experience.

Thanks for that Fellblade. Thats really helpful.

When they put this on warseer the GW loyalists kicked up a huge fuss and slagged it off, but I can't imagine why. The boars are amazing and much more detailed than the shoddy GW ones.

With some conversion work this chariot would look great, and I'm really excited about getting some of their stuff and trying it myself. What with Felixs Avatars line and these I may well end up with an all metal non GW Orc army!!!

I'm really tempted by the Rackham orcs as well as the Hordes Trolls, and mixing them all together (conversions abound of course).

How do the minis compare scale wise to standard GW? Although I guess with orcs it doesn't matter, the bigger the Boyz the better!

Well, the Gamezone base is about the same size as a GW base, so that will give you something to go on. The GZ cold ones are much larger than the GW plastic 'cow-ones' (which I quite like, incidentally), so a character on a GZ cold one really stands out in a unit of GW Cold One Knights. The riders are not too much bigger, though, and GW crew look fine in a GZ chariot and vice versa. Their harpys are longer and more slender, with longer and more slender wings, so they don't mix in as well with GW harpys.
I get the feeling from these pictures that the Gamezone Orcs will probably be significantly bigger than their GW cousins, at least through the chest/shoulders.

All in all, given GW's penchant for different sculptors doing the same line in different scales (look at the new HE characters! Look at the heads!), Gamezone figures will fit right in.

Wonderful boars, and the GZ predators ('cold ones') are so intense I nearly started up a GZ DE army a while back. Some of the GZ stuff is hit-or-miss, but they really knock some units out of the park. Apparently mounts especially

Wow... those are VERY nice mini's. Just... wow. The ork rider pulling a back swing is especially nice. It is so rare to see any GW mini's with poses other than the "Shoot me in the chest while I scream with my arms out to the sides!" or "Hey, I am holding a gun across my chest."

They don't happen to do any 40k--esque models, do they?

This website sells to UK and Europe http://www.gamezoneminiatures.de/

I'm going to order some stuff soon, so as soon as I get it I'll post a review of the webstore, the product, and how it compares scale wise to Fantasy Citadel Orcs.

I'll be sure to throw in loads of photos.

I've been hiding my secret love for these minis for over a year now, and I'm still too ashamed to buy some of the Dark Elves. While the stuff is a bit hit or miss, it really makes me wonder why GW can't do more interesting sculpts. those Orcs are simply scary.

Absolutely beautiful models, but the ?39.50 shipping cost has really kind of deterred me from placing an order with them in the past. Is anyone aware whether they have any US distributors?
