In Dark Heresy, character generation is handled by selecting home world
and class, or rolling for it. After that, you roll for characteristics. They call
it "roll the dice and see what the Emperor has chosen for you."

While I'm waiting for my basement to stop flooding, I'm going to roll up
an acolyte of an Inquisitor myself. Feel free to request me to roll for
you or post your own results if you have a book.
