I was toying around with a IG list for awhile, and wanted to add DH/WH in the list, and after seeing Stelek list with the two LR's I wanted to add one in a 1500 list.
I had points left over and was going to pick either special weapons team with Demo charge or a Sentinel so either one works will and probably die just as fast too. Or use the point to add some plasma rifles in my squads.
But would this list be playable at a RTT? Or would I hear nothing but ?

Just poor sports, lesser players, and a whole lot of whiney asses.

That inquisitor retinue isn't going to do much, and the leman russes shouldn't have lascannons. They should have heavy bolters, for the anti-infantry support you need very badly as right now you have very little.

Lasguns do not count.

You need 6 AC or 9 HB more (beyond the LR) to be able to fight off a horde army imo.

If you're taking Hereticus allies, do yourself a favour and take an Inquisitor Lord w/the Liber Heresius. From that point onwards you're army is one Ld10 test away from picking its table edge in every mission. Quite handy for Guard armies.

I agree that Leman Russes should have heavy bolters. It makes them still scary after their battle cannon gets destroyed. Also if you're playing against horde armies and they try to get cute and spread their guys way out you can just blast away with the heavy bolters. In fact, I played against an all footslogging Dark Eldar army yesterday (lots and lots of guys on foot) and between the three Russes that I took I only fired one Ordnance shot the entire game. And just for the record, I won. It was a meat grinder (with me as the defender) and at the end of the game I still had about half my army on the table.
