I am in the process of making a titan. There are some parts ( like toes ) that I would rather NOT have to make over, and over again. What can I use to cast these parts? Where do I get it? Any tips on casting in general?

Check out the Hirstarts site for a casting tutorial, too. You'll probably need a silicon rtv casting rubber and polyurethane resin (not as hostile as Polyester), and around the same cost.

We can't tell you 'how' to do it directly, as the GW legal hounds don't like the subject. Good luck with the titan.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
