This one here.

There's a whole stack of Mechs and vehicles/VToL's/Jets/Infantry for it, and it all looks very BattleTech-ish. Anyone know what the scale of these models is compared to BTech minis?

Very fun game. Played it a few years ago and I enjoyed it a hell of a lot more than Btech. Infantry are far more effective and it's not all about the mechs. Also, the models are a lot cooler. As far as size they are the same scale as Btech, just a little "thicker". If you like Btech or that genre of games you should definitely check it out.

Actually the CAVs are much larger than the Btech minis. If you put them side by side the scale difference is quite noticable.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

to quote the guy:

"CAV is a lot different. Its not uncommon at all to see an army with 3 or 4 of the same model in the same army."

That sounds seriously cool.

They look really nice(Crusader).

Are they the kind of size you can use in 40k?

I THINK they'd be a bit small if you're using them in 40k. Maybe as dreadnoughts, but even that's iffy.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

Anyone got a comparison? BTech minatures vary wildly. My Snow Fox is tiny. My Tai-Sho and Kodiak's are friggin huge.

Nice comparison shot, Malf! The CAV minis makes it look like they would make for some good AM robots.

Wow, that's bigger than I remember them being them 2 years ago, but the players I knew have moved away and I did not collect myself. The playstyle appeared to be similar to Warlord but with technical terms instead of magical.

Hmm... I like.

Friend of mine has the metal Mad Cat. Might get it to compare to my Kodiak (which is very tall). I can see my Tai-Sho being about that side.

They could work as extra Mechs...

Thanks guys!!
