So that's what his avatar is. I've always wondered what it was supposed to be.

There are 2 green stripeys, and 1 plaid, all vaguely in a row. From all the manpurse hatin' though, I think I can figure which one's Malf.

Maybe due to some misfortune, his but was detached and placed in the bag, now he must carry it with him wherever he travels? Hence the manpurse? Your guess is as good as mine

He can't disclose that, as he'll lose a fraction of his power.

Still, I think it's the fact it's such an odd choice for an avatar that it makes it interesting.

I have been a bit of a bag slag for years. I had a manpurse back in the 80s before most of you lot were more than a twinkle in your dads' eyes.

I have two Crumplers. One's a big 17-inch laptop bag -- the "Crisp Suit" and the other is a photo equipment bag I can't remember the name of. Good points about these bags are they are tough and offer good protection and carrying capacity, and the colourways are attractive and varied. The bad thing is they don't have handles so you must always carry them slung, and they are not optimally shaped for airline carry on luggage limits.

Since my Crisp Suit is a bit battered and I don't have a 17-inch laptop I'm thinking of buying a different one. However I might upgrade to a smart but casual document briefcase, if I can find the right one in tan leather.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...
