I would say the Looted Wagon is a fun unit, but it's not the most useful in the world. It tends to breakdown at inconvenient times and ram into difficult terrain and immobilise itself. And with the army you're running, the enemy antitank will have nothing much else to shoot at. Armour 11 open topped doesn't last long under any sort of fire. So I'd have to say no. A battlewagon or two might be worth it, as a tranport of the tankbustas maybe.

I'd only use the looted wagon as a transport for your burnas or tankbustas if you play KOS. I'm trying that out today in some 5th ed games.
if you want ordinance templates, take a big mek with SAG.. he just pwns with that ap2 ordinance
you could either take some killa kans with grootzookas or take a few battlewagons with ordinance. AV 14 is worth the extra points

well.
first off you need anti tank. put 3 rokkits in each squad of boyz. can NEVER have enough rokkits!!!
the tank bustas.. honestly I'd drop em. the glory hogs rule really hurts them.
take a 2nd squad of lootas if you're doing the footslogging hoard of doom
then put in a 4th mob of 30 boyz with rokkits and a nob w/ klaw. you should be running 4 troop choices in 5th edition.
points permitting, from there I'd add in some faster units. either bikes, deffkoptas, or something similiar.
or you could add in 3 units of 3 killa kans. hard hitting center to your army
or you could add in the battlewagons.
the KFF is good, but you could also round out your troops to 6 choices and take a couple of blobs of grots. put them out in front of your hoard and use them to grant the 4+ cover save to everyone behind them

Tankbustas are pretty bad(expensive and too easy to kill), might be better to get something else for the points.
KFF isnt really all that unless you run many vehicles, better just to screen with something and save the points. Get one of all the other goodie HQs.
The boss will need something to accompany him so he wont get shot to bits. I prefer nobz on bikes, but at least normal bikes or something
Maybe batteries of cannons for some longer range shooting.

That one works in 4th ed, in fifth you really want a squad for your bikerboss to hide in.
Also, if you are footslogging with 30 man units, shootas are way more effective when walking over the fields.
